Key Responsibilities

- Own executive follow-through: track commitments, deadlines, decisions, and action items and proactively drive them through completion.
- Manage executive communications and preparation: coordinate correspondence, documentation, meeting arrangements, and briefing materials.
- Coordinate business and personal logistics, including travel, reservations, appointments, and personal and family-related arrangements.
- Act as a trusted point of coordination with internal teams, senior executives, international partners, suppliers, advisers, service providers, and other stakeholders while maintaining strict confidentiality.

- Proven ownership and follow-through: able to anticipate needs, take initiative, solve problems, and bring matters to completion without constant supervision.
- Strong judgment and independent decision-making ability: able to distinguish what can be handled directly from what requires escalation.
- Professional maturity and confidence, with the ability to represent the CEO effectively with senior executives, international stakeholders, internal teams, and external contacts.
